Recovering from a turbulent election, floral designer Lewis Miller wanted to make a difference. So he created the Flower Flash: about once a month, a magnificent arrangement of thousands of dollars of flowers lands on the corner of a NYC Street in the trash can. A few hours later, it’s gone.
