1 magazine, 4 minutes, 20+ years: my work in National Geographic Magazine

Here is some of my published work as a world-traveling magazine photojournalist  capturing sixteen  major feature stories  on assignment for National Geographic Magazine around the world.

21 Years, 4 minutes, One Magazine. A video look at some of my published photographs captured  on assignment for National Geographic Magazine

Working with National Geographic was a dream come true and I learned so many things from the  editors, designers and writers I worked with on assignments.. I was also lucky enough to be at the magazine for the transition from film to digital. Joe McNally paved the way by being the first person to capture a NatGeo story using a digital camera but I was lucky enough to capture the first world-wide digital story for the magazine,

GIven that National Geographic is no longer on the news stand (but still available in your dentist office and by subscription) I was lucky enough to be a National Geographic Magazine photographer at an amazing time in publishing history, when budgets were big and the magazinbe would send you across the globe.

Fly through some of the sixteen major feature stories I photographed on assignment for National Geographic Magazine in less than 4 minutes..
