Go on a ride with the Banksy of Flowers

Recovering from the last election, Lewis Miller wanted to make a difference. About once a month, a magnificent arrangement of thousands of dollars of flowers lands on the corner of a NYC Street in the trash can. A few hours later, it’s gone.
